I can't stand people who run their mouths behind a computer screen. If you don't have the balls to tell a person to their face then shut the hell up and sit your ass down. If a relationship, marriage, divorce, or whatever has nothing to do with you. Stay the hell out of it. Exes are exes for a reason. People have others blocked on social media for reasons that only concerns them and no one else. You should not be taking screenshots of their posts and sending it to the ex. If you are doing this you are the worse kind of friend to have. A real friend will keep their noses out of it and mutually support each by stay a neutral without an opinion.
