I have to brag about my husband, Tracy Greenhill , again about his road and victory to better health. When Tracy and I met back in 2010 he weighed about 450 pounds. We got married in October of 2011 and not long after that I found him one Monday morning real lethagric and just wanted to sleep. We got a doctor's appointment. They informed him his sugar was in the 500s when they told him he was a diabetic. We were still newlyweds at that point. This was a wake up call for him to change his life style. He went from a very inactive lifestyle to being busy constantly moving whether it was working in the garage, mowing the yard, just anything to get his butt off the couch or out of the chair and moving. He changed the way he ate. He didn't eat like his next meal wasn't coming. He only had one serving instead of return trips. We stopped eating out multiple times a week. He cut out all his soda intake. Now, drinks water, unsweet tea, and the occasional soda or ice coffee. He is now at 260 pounds even after being hinder with his knee injury/surgery from work. If anyone is struggling with their health, weight, joint issues, breathing issues, etc. Take it from the Greenhills, if Tracy Greenhill can make these changes to his life style anyone can.
